Zumba Class Details:
- Classes are 30 – 60 mins blocks (includes a warm-up, Zumba dance with instruction and a cool-down)
- Participants should wear comfortable clothing which allows them to move easily
- Your choice of location… An open conference room, a gym space or any large multi-purpose room works best
- Your choice of time… Be it during lunch time or after work
Programmes are available in 4, 6 or 8 week modules OR we also offer Zumba for one off sessions or health days.
