We deliver Zumba classes designed for the workplace across Dublin.
Zumba offers a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Benefits of Zumba:

  • Improves coordination, lowers blood pressure, burns calories and more
  • Suitable for every fitness level
  • Dance and fitness moves combined

Zumba Class Details: 

  • Classes are 30 – 60 mins blocks (includes a warm-up, Zumba dance with instruction and a cool-down)
  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing which allows them to move easily
  • Your choice of location… An open conference room, a gym space or any large multi-purpose room works best
  • Your choice of time… Be it during lunch time or after work

 

Programmes are available in 4, 6 or 8 week modules OR we also offer Zumba for one off sessions or health days.
